The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

He is known primarily for three major works, "Speculum Meditantis" (or Mirour de l'Omme), "Vox Clamantis", and "Confessio Amantis", volumes of which are shown here below the portrait, together with a page showing his tomb at St Saviours Church, Southwark, London.
