Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
I went with my teammate to Richmond,Virginia to shoot the mens and women’s UCI World Championship Team Time Trials in 2015. As an amateur racing cyclist all my life I enjoy watching the professionals compete at a much higher level. Here are some shots from both the women’s and the men's events. They use state of the art equipment and it’s interesting to see how equipment changes each year. One thing that never changes though is the time and dedication that these athletes devote to their chosen sport. It’s the ultimate test of strength, speed and endurance for all of them and only the fittest and fastest win the medals.

I first became serious about photography when I took a four year course in industrial design at university where we had to document our design process at every stage of development.
